SPECIAL DIETS

If you have a special dietary need due to a food allergy or intolerance, Kennesaw State University's Culinary and Hospitality Services in conjunction with the Wellness Center is willing to help.

We are committed to offering you a wide range of options for a healthy dining experience.  From recipes that include the most nutritious mix of ingredients to offering educational resources for positive lifestyle habits, healthy options are the result of a team dedicated to advancing the well-being of the entire campus community. 

As part of our on-going commitment to providing a healthy and delicious dining experience, Culinary and Hospitality Services, in conjunction with the Wellness Center, has created the “Wise Choices” meal.  The healthy, balanced meal is chosen every day from a wide range of menu offerings.  The Wise Choices meal is posted daily in our lobby, and each item is clearly identified with a Wise Choice sticker.  We take the guesswork out of building a healthy, well-balanced plate!

Another important part of our focus on health and wellness is the use of seasonal ingredients - many of which are grown by one of our Kennesaw State University farms and from local or regional farmers.  Every season has its own unique produce that is showcased in delicious signature dishes to highlight the distinct flavors and natural appeal of seasonal items.
